Work In Progress
Hey, faithful followers! (both of you!)
I wanted to post to let you guys know that I’m in the middle of writing a post, but there’s a ton of stuff going on right now.
We found this awesome hobby shop in the area, and immediately got pulled into late nights of gaming.
So far, everyone in the house has learned to play Magic: The Gathering (I had to re-learn after not playing for years), we’ve blow money on a theme deck in every color and a full box of 10th-edition boosters (what fun!), we’ve made about 15 new friends, I’ve gotten my boss interested in Warhammer 40k (the tabletop, not the crappy PC game), I’ve gotten a few lessons on playing 40k and picking an army, and I’ve found 4-5 people that play WoW and we’ve already talked about either them moving to my server or all of us rerolling on a different server.
Exciting, I know! Anyway, all of that thrown in with regular work and a rekindled love of Oblivion on my 360 has left me very little time to even play WoW, and when I make time, it’s never enough to jump into a raid or Heroic, and I wind up playing an alt.
But, I’m working on a new post and hopefully it’ll be up soon 🙂
And to get extra traffic….Vonya! Ego!

Heh heh. Been there, got the shoe boxes of Magic cards to prove it! 🙂 I gave up both because as a student i couldn’t afford the habit…

Haha, I have binders of cards I’m trying to get my brother to send me from back home.
I know WoW will be here, but I’m sure it will miss me, hehe. Plus, who else are my friends going to find to disenchant 200 items at a time?

The roommates are trying to get me back into Magic. I used to play competitively until some things happened and I stopped lol. They’ve built the deck I said I wanted and everything. I keep having to think of excuses to not play. I’m afraid of the day I run out.
Also, get Fallout 3.

Lol, today we picked up another 7 booster packs and 6 tournament box-thingys (the 75 random card ones) from Shards of Alara, and my elf deck saw a few improvements. It’s getting to be a real beast.
My car insurance was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be, so tomorrow I’m gonna pick up a 40k Space Marines battlegroup! Yay!
Also, no Fallout 3 >< We have it on the PS3 and I’m really not into it. I’d rather still play Oblivion. Which I am. Lol.
My advice…pick up DMC4 and Mirror’s Edge, keep playing WoW, and get back into MTG.

I used to play Magic a lot. Played a ton of 5 color games with my friends. For kicks, I used to see if I could get my opponent to 1 life and see how many turns I could last after that.
